Thanks again for being there for all of us suffering from UC. My diet is no carb, very little fruit, no fruit juices. If so, you might want to consider making some changes to your diet, especially if colitis symptoms are out of control and active right now. BTW I tried the SCD over 5 years ago with no results. Not a single doctor ever told me about treating my UC with diet. Dairy does not do well with my colon except a v. It prevents us from leading active, healthy lifestyles.
